We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your Luna Lane purchase. If you change your mind for any reason we will happily accept a return for a credit note to the online store under the following conditions. If you would like to exchange for a different size or product, please place a new order. Please note that we only provide refunds on faulty items with proof of purchase.
We offer CREDIT NOTES for change of mind purchases.
Please read the terms below to ensure your item qualifies for a return for a store credit:
- The garment is in the original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- The item is returned within 7 days after it was received.
- The items purchased are not on sale or discounted using a discount code. All Sale items are final sale and do qualify for a return or exchange.
Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are final sale and not eligible for a credit note or exchange.
- Item is returned with a valid tracking number.
Please email email@example.com stating why you wish to return your item and include your order number. Please allow 48 hours for customer support to reply via email.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return items and if your return has been approved. If your return is approved you will be emailed an online code for the amount spent, to be used as a credit note at the Luna Lane online store.
LUNA LANE reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. The damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
